The McDonald’s Veggie Artisan Roll is actually completely vegan. Ask for any of the burgers or sandwiches without meat, cheese, or mayo. Though there are no animal products in the patty, however, be warned: because Mc Donald’s has a mostly meat menu, there may be some cross contamination with where the meal is prepared.
